02 / A HUMAN PLACE TO START

You don’t need
all the words yet.

You can start with where you are.

Meet Heather and Mellissa

Led by Heather Faustin, LMHC, Make a Difference Counseling offers school-based, mobile, community and in-home care, alongside telehealth.

The idea is simple: support can fit into everyday life. A familiar place. A conversation. Space to take the next step.

What does getting started look like?

03 / FOR OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITIES

A familiar place.
A little more support.

Care belongs close to the places young people learn and grow.

Make a Difference brings counseling into school communities. The practice also uses converted Sprinter vans as mobile offices, creating another place for a private conversation.

Interested in exploring support for your school? Start a conversation about your community and what might be possible.

04 / ONE STEP AT A TIME

A beginning can
be this simple.

  1. 01

    Say hello.

Call or email the practice. You can keep your first message brief.

  2. 02

    Talk through your needs.

Ask about fit, current availability, care settings, and practical details.

  3. 03

    Find a next step.

Discuss options together before deciding what comes next.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Room for
questions, too.

Can I ask about fees and insurance?+

Yes. Please ask the practice directly about current fees, accepted insurance, and any payment questions before arranging care.

How can my school connect?+

Call or email the practice to introduce your school and discuss possible support. Partnership details are arranged directly with the team.
