PRACTICAL QUESTIONS BELONG HERE

A little clarity.
A place to start.

Who do you work with?

The team’s published experience includes children, young people, individuals and families. Tell us who you’re looking for support for so we can discuss clinician fit and current availability.

What is mobile counseling?

Converted Sprinter vans provide private counseling-office spaces in school and community settings. Appointments, locations and access arrangements are planned with the practice.

How do I know which setting is right?

Start with your needs, privacy, access and daily routines. The team can discuss the suitability and availability of school-based, community, home, mobile-office or telehealth care.

Do you accept my insurance?

Ask about your specific plan, clinician and care setting. Confirm network participation, benefits, authorization requirements and out-of-pocket costs with the practice and your insurer.

Can parents contact you for their child?

Yes. You can make a brief inquiry about support for your child or teen. Discuss age range, caregiver involvement, consent, the care setting and current availability.

How does school-based counseling work?

The practice brings counseling onto school campuses during the day. Ask about current school arrangements, referrals, family involvement, scheduling and privacy.

What happens before the first session?

After discussing fit and practical questions, the team explains intake, required forms and appointment arrangements. Use the approved intake process to share health information.

What if I need urgent help?

If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For suicide or emotional crisis support in the U.S., call 988 or text 988. Practice phone and email are not emergency services.
